I quit posting "real" subwoofer boxes. Too many haters who prefer to look at drawings of boxes.
I unblocked you just to chime in, those designs are usually from someone who knows their chit or they wouldn't throw them on the interwebs. In my case they have been built but ea shop or customer don't necessarily want to advertise or throw it out there... lol
I remember another Vegas transplant that said "run your system... not your mouth"
It worked for him but you are incessant. Just chime in and add real advice. You can never know it all... we all learn something everyday. I remember helping you when nobody else would but a braggart will quickly burn
bridges in my exp and I just won't chime in except to tell you to calm down bud.

Even tho we don't build it does it mean we are full of chit?
This was 157db wired 1 ohm on 2 7.5K Koreans. He wouldn't recone and wire down for big numbers and pushed back even tho he knew I was right. Later when he came at me to stuff 4 X-15s into a Mazda 3 I just walked away. No amount of convincing or money could make me live at his house and live to build his dream. Its possible... yes, but not anything I want a part of. Been there done that.
Btw... it was like 155db at 26hz. Windy. Not my thing but does that equate to me not knowing what it takes to get there?

I know you know your shitt. I've recommended for people to contact you numerous times. I appreciate the help that you provided me for this box. I never really got the system tuned or metered it correctly before I sold the vehicle. It did a 143.8 on the windshield in my garage on music just playing around. I got an HOA letter for that. I bet it would've touched at least 145 if tuned right and broke in. The kick bass scared the shitt out of me a couple of times. Tahoe12 came at me for giving the guy a jab for spelling it tunning. He is young enough to be my kid. If you notice I rarely resort to name calling. Thanks for keeping me in check. I will try harder in the future to be nicer. Except to Bucko. 🤣
Interesting reply, thanks for not fighting back and being that guy again. Btw... Buck's views aren't so far out there as to be condemned. Idc about your perceived battle with him but at least acknowledge he understands design. I do happen to agree with him on a lot of his stances but I ty to be smart and avoid the Thunderbowl. Everytime I post there its for something so obvious but afterwards I feel like a POS getting flushed.
Its a chitshow over there... no thx. As far as audio you can offer solid advice and you have at times. But for the love of sanity quit posting your buddies builds. We all know they are loud, have bux invested and meter in the 60's. (I like Fi too)

I stepped back a bit... too many knuckeldraggers and thugs in the scene for me, and they all proclaim to be blessed. (so come at me bro)... really? And you wonder why people respond like they do?
I now design for a select (my choice) few and they deal with those types. The audio scene almost made me disappear. I did for awhile, gifted all my gear away (11K) and hated for awhile but I have extensive knowledge so I can't just walk away when I can help.
I got a stack of Becker's licence plates 5" thick and they mean nothing to me... Capice?

I post real life builds and boxes to give people ideas and see real life stuff. It's tiring looking at crayon drawing after crayon drawing IMO. Please show me a real build and how it performed in a real vehicle. I don't care how it looks like it will perform on a spread sheet. Do you not seeing real life builds? Don't they give you ideas how to build better or show you something that you may have never thought of? I'll quit posting all car audio. That's not a big deal to me. There's nobody here who is really into car audio anyway. Please show me somebody who has posted pics of a simple car audio competition here in the last two or three years besides me? Am I wrong?
That's a hellava assumption on your part, the people here know their chit for the most part.
Some post advice, others recommendations and some others just chime in... why predicate their knowledge on some bs preconception due to their willingness to post? You seem to have all the questions covered afterv all. Jeez... its either you or Rob jumping on every post.
Thunderbowl to audio... you 2 have it covered like a pair of 24" subs on 20K

Nope. I don't call names or rip on anybody else's intelligence. I don't post conspiracy theory bullshitt either. Honest question. Who has posted more builds, pics of other builds, pics of competitions, pics of meters at competitions, and pics of real World subwoofer boxes besides me in the last three years? Has anybody else even posted two of their own builds? I've posted three. All with limitations. One had a 95 amp alt running 3K watts (max available), one had a 55 amp alt running 3K watts, and one was limited to 200 square inches of cone area. Is that not valuable knowledge for everybody to learn from? Yet, I'm the guy ruining the forum.
You sound like you're building your pedestal to trumpet your victory over all others. Keep slinging that chit... honestly, who hasn't already "commented" may soon. Your head seems swollen to me.
No hate, just dial it back a little would be MY advice.

Try and find these? Fi 4.11 Carbon Fiber 18" NEO's. I'm right around the corner from Fi and try to share this stuff and still get shitt on.
Another Greg Corbin pic post? He's got so much $ tied up in that truck... I digress.
I couldn't get in anyways since its so tall. That is a BEAST. 170's maybe 180's by now I reckon.

Ok, this is one of the last houses that I built. Your subwoofer box is way more impressive. You win. My bad. 21 flat screens and three stories.
