I am going to get 1/0 power wire to run the Big 3, as well as replace my battery. Then my sub, amp, and custom box. Everything is basically narrowed down, except what features i want in my box.

So would they work better on the SAX-1200d or AQ 2200d. I don't plan on upgrading. So would the 1200d make more sense as I will get it for $40 less than the AQ.

Yea, in my old car i just had the generic box, wasnt an expensive system. But for my new car I want to get a great box to let the subs do what they were meant to do.

The AQ2200D gives you more head room if you ever want to change things out and will also be a good match for the SA12 in a good enclosure.

do the dimensions of my box play any role? Because I have no idea what size I would care to have the box. I have plenty of room in the back of the car.

As long as you can supply the proper air space with the proper port area and tuning you will be fine.
