Rainbow SLC Vs. Focal PolyGlass

So I'm ok to run the front SLC kicks with 2 channels off of a JBL PX300.4 that sends out 123.5w rms per channel. Now the question is, In addition to getting the front components, I want to upgrade the rears to the Rainbow SL 165 coaxials. Will these be able to handle the 123.5w rms from the JBL amp?

Don't necessarily know the right or wrong answer here but this is what I'm thinking..of doing..

1. Germs up front ..bridge my x650 amp and feed them 165rms x 2 (bridged)...run the rear fill off the source alone with a mere 22rms....and let the 4 10w0's...thump in the midgate.. Concentrating more on the front stage and giving the Germs plenty of juice to really shine.

I ran sl165's for rear fill off a 100 x 4 amp...set your gains accordingly and go about your business. Dont sweat rated power on an amplifier, in car-with music your speakers will never see it all- however with an amp that produces such headroom you'll benefit from rich dynamic peaks and control.
