radio question nobody can figure out

i bout a new soundstream 7''tv /radio and b4 puying it in the dash there was a lttle whine soon as we put it in the dash it got loud as **** . that was the purpose of buyin new radio every1 i ha ve does it . i've done it all checked wire voltage ,changed rca's grounded rcs'a put in resistors vround block iso's . any suggestions

eliminate one would be cause at a time,,, like ground some where you know is good and test,,if its still there go to the possitives then on to the speaker wires.is it coming through all speakers or only some?

What kind of car? Is there a blower motor of some sort right next to where the radio goes?
