i dont think it would fit. the 302 has smaller outside dimentions. and that engine bay dont look like it can fit any more...

I've seen numerous focus's swapped with v8's. Now that is a nice sleeper.

It doesn't actually affect the handling too much. There is a guy with a 5.0 miata around here and he loves the way it handles... very good quarter mile times too. Especially when you think about the cost of buying other cars and building them...
