You have to figure they are swamped with orders. This is the first time dealing with rick for me but he seems like a great guy. Responded to my emails when it was coming in and being shipped and so forth. It just came in the past few days so they probably are busy as hell and don't really have time to respond to emails. He told me it would be shipped today or tomorrow the other day. If you read his site he said the refunds and the tracking numbers would be emailed out after he shipped the orders which were first priority.

I ordered mine 4/19 - My shippment will arrive this upcoming monday. So ya it took forever. Rick didn't extend me the 20% discount because I was already recieving it from the forums. Rick is a great guy, kinda felt bad for his situation, but I'lll finally have my Rammatt installed!
