IDK....ive only dealt with Raamat and it was easy to install yes, but my trunk still rattles way too much....yes there are a 1000 things involved but still, i expected more from it...my .02

That's a good point, I put two layers behind the plate and that did help. The trunk lid still goes like crazy but yeh I think it's still good stuff.

I think raamat was messy as shit, I like the product and will use again tho...edead blows, and I think fatmat was easier to put on than raamat, and maybe just as effective.

Speaking of Raammat: My truck was sitting in the sun with the windows down, all day @ work today, and when I went to leave, I turned on the AC and rolled my windows up.. I get half way home and I look over and find a 4x4 piece of raammat stuck to the outside of the window and a gooey streak all the way down it.. needless to say, I wasn't very thrilled.

I still haven't pulled my door panel off yet.. but I'm not really looking forward to it either.

My Damplifier has held up great, but if my raamat doesn't, well then the title of the thread will change.

Raamat is cheaper for a reason - it is thinner, lighter, and less rigid.

For the dollar Raamat is a fine product, though.

When you're on a budget (like myself), you go for the less expensive product that still has favorable reviews. Which, is why I plan on sticking with raamat for the rest of my install, so long as my trunk lid install holds up just fine.
