Raamat > Damplifier

Just had my first experience with Raamat, and wow is it good ****.

Not quite as thick as Damplifier, but it's sooooooooooooooo much easier to put on, and the quality is there. I think Damplifier just has a much thicker aluminum backing.

Would it have the same damping power as regular Damplifier? I'd think so. But not Damplifier Pro.

I'll be choosing Raamat (2 roles!) for my car simply because ease of use.

Raamat > Damplifier

I'm ready to get flamed!

Remember guys, competition only makes the product better, and usually less expensive too. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Edit: After thinking about it, and hearing about other people's negative experiences with Raamat, I think I'll hold off on further judgment until I see how well my Raamat holds up on my trunk lid.

everybody has their opinions..but you seem to get what you pay for when it comes to sound deadner.

I posted my review of Damplifier on DIYMA. I compared it to Raammat since I had used it before in my TrailBlazer.

The last few sentances of the review sum up my thoughts of the two brands compared to each other.
Messy? I live in Florida, I installed it in 90 degree weather, in direct sun, and I didn't have any mess. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif

Neither I or Fusion_FREAK had any rubber or what not on our hands. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Man, Raamat is messy... gets all over everything and your hands...

IDK....ive only dealt with Raamat and it was easy to install yes, but my trunk still rattles way too much....yes there are a 1000 things involved but still, i expected more from it...my .02

all i have to say is. just because one product is "easier" to install then the other. dose not make it better.
just my .02
I mentioned more than ease of use. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

It felt just as thick as Damplifier, maybe slightly thinner, cost less, and goes on easier. What's that conclude to?
