R.I.P Taramps HD8000

I think I fried my HD8000. I haven't taking it out and looked at it yet but it stopped working and started smoking. Not sure what caused it. Figured it would blow a fuse or go into protect mode before it started smoking. Only been using it 9 months about 4 hours a week. Need some suggestions of some high power 8000+@1ohm amps that are a good bang for the buck. I would say my limit is $1000 but the cheaper the better (price wise)

Contact megarepair and tell them you bought it from x seller on ebay. They're who I would get it repaired through, bottom line. I'm sure sean madison will say the same thing

Get it back, sell it, get a Taramps bass 12k for 1k, would be perfect for your setup. I have my bass 12k on one team aa 15 and its way too much for it. Stinks after 1 song
