" Y " on RCA cable ?? HELP

Hi, I have a little problem and I will need help. I reçently buy a new radio and my radio only have 4 RCA plug in the back. I would like to know if it's possible to connect my 2 amp (one mono for my sub and one 4 chanel for my speaker) to this kind of radio or I have to buy a new one whit 6 RCA plug ?? Maby I can use RCA Y-adapter ? or any solution guys ?

sub amp on the rears and yes a y splitter on the fronts ,you wont have fader controls to on the speakers
