That's my problem. It's super annoying. Notice how when I shut the subwoofers off, and turn the bass down, it still does it, and it seems to do it at the peak of high frequencies. If I run the pickup it's not as bad, but it seems like it gets worse over time. I have tried running 2 gauge wire directly to the battery and connecting it to the hot and ground of the radio, checking the headlight switch, and unplugging speakers. ( could a reversed speaker do this?) I will admit I noticed the problem got worse when I accidently plugged the rear left speaker to a ten inch woofer wire. The woofer sounded darn good and I unhooked it after I messed around with my accidental discovery. I find it weird how its only a few buttons that do it, so I can't be starving it of power... Right?
Is it time to get a new radio? If so what can I get that's decent for 100 bucks? I've had this radio two years and I love it. I can't find another like it since their so rare...
