"too much power!!!!" is what PG said

Certainly looks like they will take a pretty good beating and keep on going. Kinda like the RSD comps that everyone says to feed 150 or so when they are only rated to 90.

Hey, those are nice looking subs, you got any pics of the motor on those things?
no pics before install, but let me find a pic of them.....I'll edit this post

A pic of the 12, but the magnet on the 10" is the same

Before I decided to run subs in the center console I was thinking of running 3-4 of these along the back wall sealed. Thinking it would turn out pretty good if I ever need to go back to hiding all my equipment behind/below the back seat. These things are pretty shallow mounting compared to others around the same size/power handling.

Thats what I was going to say, but to each his own //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
of course. I'd rather have no box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I was not trying to bash your tuning, I figured you had a reason or goal for tuning that low. How does it sound? I am at work and watched the vids on a computer that does not have any sound.

I know you weren't bashing. the response is great! I love being able to pick up the lowest of lows at decent db levels, and the highs are still crisp with punchy kick drum.

them saying the warranty is void is BS. you could do that playing something thats 5 hz with like 100 watts. then is the 100 watts overpowering them (well considering the rms rating of course)?

btw: seeing crazy excursion is fun. i turned the subsonic filter off playing "bass i love you" when i had my Treo and kept turning it up slowly till it looked like the sub in your picture.

So if I am running almost double the wrms they are rated....PG should still warrant them?
