"Best" earbuds at Bestbuy for around $80 - giftcard

My friend bought a set of the Shure headphones which were around $100 and they were fairly awful. I have a pair of the Bose earbuds and they are nice, but pretty bass heavy. Not sure whether they are worth the money however.

I would go for audio technica, shure, or akg.

these audio technica are not bad for ear buds but i would get over ear headphones any day over ear buds

Klipsch S4 easily, assuming your store carries them. Pretty decent sound, far better than the shitty Bose earbuds. Shure SE-115 is also a decent set, but they made me feel like I had cotton balls in my ears. The S4 set is pretty comfy IMO. The most common complaint I've read about the S4s is sizzly highs, but my Sansa Clip+ has a nice 5-band EQ to help tame some of the problem frequencies. They have a pretty full sound, with enough bass for most peeps. I don't think I found the midrange to be offensive, so that's good for my music (rock, metal, etc.) I slightly prefer my Denon AH-C551K set, but that's only because I find the amount of bass more satisfying. Not quite as comfy as the S4 set was, though.

The S4 set has a 2-year warranty and if you don't like them you have 30 days to return them to BB.

Creative makes a ear bud set that has some **** good sound. They go for about $40 new. Id put them right on par with the DD ear buds. Sad thing is I dont think Best Buy carries them. Out of the ones you have the Klipsch all the way.

V-Moda Bass Freq earbuds. The BEST earbuds for bass Ive ever heard. I dont think BB has them though...

save some money and get the monster turbine. they have some nice bass and are quite comfortable, imo.

go to walmart and buy the brown set of altec lansing earbuds. You will be amazed. This pair has the dre's beat by a lot but I thought those kinda sucked compared to other I have listened to

Massive bass. Overall clean sounding. I would recommend these to anyone. Trust me. I have a kinda cheap set of IEM.s Thought they sounded great. Upgraded to these and wooah. When I tired listening to my old set I couldnt believe how stale they sounded.
