quick way to get bigger

Do you even know how much 20 grams of protein is? Are you just talking about your protein shake as being protein??????? I'm talking about everything you eat, fish, chicken, steak, whatever. Not just the drink.

 
supliments are mostly bs...they are not evaluated by the fda at all...so they can put anything in there they want basically...things classified as "food" are different

 
roids are very easy to get and with the right advise..you can use them and gain a bunch with little side effects
Yep, just take some clomid when you're done with your cylce, and watch for any side effects when you first take them.

Thats what im talking about 20 grams including any from food. Thats what i was always taught from a professional nutritionist. I eat 20 grams of protien in food alone. I dont drink a protien shake.

 
LMAO Go look at your milk carton, look at a ****ing candy bar. You will never grow on 20 grams of protein a day. PERIOD. Join a bodybuilding forum.
All i can say is im doin pretty well off of my routine but who noes the op might not benifit at all from either routine of me or u.

 
Ok, fair enough. All I'm saying is protein is the best stuff you can put in your body. Even on a 2000 calorie regular skinny joe schmoe diet you should be eating at least 100 grams a day.

then you could gain alot more with about 200 a day...i find it hard to believe that a person can live on that amount of protein....you need 50 grams a day if you look at the daily value percentages on the back of all your food containers

 
lol yea and when you get off of the roids all of the muscle you gained turns into fat.
really???? look at RC, jay cutler, lee preist...all them are on and off roids donstantly and stay >10% body fat at 300+ pounds

And none of them are the run of the mill average person are they? Im just sayin a person usually doesnt work out near as much when off roids as they do when they are on.
