Quick tool question

I am wanting to scrape a few grounds to bare metal, what is the best tool to use for this?

I used sandpaper in the trunk but up front there are bolts and things in the way, so I was looking for a tool

If you dont have a Dremel,use a Screw driver,or cordless drill with pointed sandstone

I just threw a wire wheel in my drill, they can be had for $3 at a hardware store. Just have to be careful and wear eye protection when using. I've heard of them throwing out wire bristles and getting embedded in the eye.

Worked well for me, I just ran the drill about half speed and used both hands on it.
