Quick Question?

Was looking for the loudest 15" (1k rms) under $400, and I am debating between the Kicker L7 Solo Bari, Alpine Type R, RE Audio SX15, or anything else that hits harder. Which will hit the hardest for 1000 rms? also, I am not worried about sound quality really, just want it loud as all hell. Thanks!

out of those i would take the SX. you can also look at the Fi BL, and the HDC3 15

Use the common sense God gave you. If there was one sub that would "for SURE" be the loudest, given your vague criteria, dont you think like 90% of us would all be running that same subwoofer?
There is no "best". There is no for sure loudest. There is only potential, and your ability to work with that potential. Quit trying to be lazy and beg off an easy answer, there is no easy answer. If you really want/expect to have "for sure" the loudest setup possible you can, given your space and power, that will only happen if you learn what you are doing. This type of thread isn't really teaching you anything.

I'm not sure how much the Digital Designs 3512's are going for now but my 3512 is noticeably louder then the SX I had off the same amount of power.

I just looked them up and it says they are about 1200rms, and I am not really looking to go over 1000rms, as I don't want to have to buy a new alternator, capacitor, etc.

lol not much diff in 1200 and 1000 and you dont have to push 1200 to it ya know
