Quick question

Im ordering a 18" Q or SSD tonight. I would get dual 1 ohms so it will be a 2 ohm load on the amp. I just noticed the Q is .7 ohms/coil when measured using DC. Is my amp gonna be seeing 1.4 ohms? I read somewhere that the resistance is not neccisarily the impendence and that the impendence varies... im really confused.

So im basically asking, will my amp see 1.4 ohms or 2 ohms if i wire them in series?

also, which do you think will get louder off of 800 watts in a 8.7 cube box at 32hz?

The DCR is .7, but nominal impedance is still 1 ohm.

no, you'll be way above 2 ohm anyways
