quick question

hey i am running a rlp 12 off of a hifonics bxi1606d at 1 ohm. i plan on mounting my amp verticaly. the owners manual says not to but im hoping i can get away with this by rigging two cooling fans to blow across the heat sinks

my question is has any one done this and had any problems. do you think i will damage my amp by doing this
