Anybody know what kind of box i need for 2 pioneer premier 3004spl? like tuning or whatever because i dont know what to look for? Im pretty sure i want ported right?

Dude im not sure, all it says is

Recommended Enclosure 0.85 ~ 1.75 Cubic Feet

Dimensions 13" x 8.1" (329 x 205mm)

Mounting Depth 7.3" (185mm)

im kinda new again but trying to get this set up ahead of time fyi.... but do those look anything like the T/S that i would need to know in order to get specs on a box?

Well, there's alot more than that...but so far it looks like you can use a ported box.

Thats all they had posted. I got it from the online manual, you can find that on pioneer's site

All I could Find for the 30cm one is:

QTS = 0.32

FS = 26.2

Vas = 37.46

According to ProBox 5.0... The best ported enclosure (Flattest) will be .83 cu.ft per sub tuned to 30.27hz...

And Probox is pretty good..

Said I had to have my subs in a 4.4cu.ft enclosure, and by trail and error, I found that 4.6cu.ft. is pretty good, the loudest it's been... 8cu.ft wasn't that loud, 2.2 was just god aweful, and 4.4 is just right...

And on a buddies rig, it stated that 2 12" Memphis PR's were best in .92cu.ft. sealed enclosures... Sure enough... It can hit a 136 with 100watts to each sub!(talking about the TL of course...)

would this be a good box for them because my buddy is thinking about upgrading and selling his for 50 bucks

God no. For less than $170, you can get a custom box that will blow that away.

what do you mean by flattest? most bass or most sq?
