Putting a system in my buddy's Jeep. He bought some Dual In-dash DVD/CD thing and the plug for the SW RCA is a single blue plug (instead of the usual red/white or red/black plugs). Can I use the "rear" or "front" rca's which are the regular way or do I have to run and grab a plug to convert the 2 plugs into one to plug to the back of the unit? Sorry guys just mid-install and dont want this holding us up all day. Thanks.

You can just use one cable. Sub outputs are mono not stereo, therefore you only need one lead. If you go that way, you can either y it into the amp, do as said above from the HU, or just plug it in either the L or R input.

LOL - mine was a higher end model too - iirc deh-9300. Low mileage too, it was sitting around for year collecting dust.
