Hey guys, from Aus.............
Just a quick question.
I'm installing a pair of Pioneer TS - 160R splits in the front of my 4Runner.
Now, these are rated according to Pioneer at 250W max, and 60 Watts Nominal.
My 2 amps that I have to choose from are both Jaycar Response (you don't have I know.)
One is rated at 84WRMS/channel at 4Ohms (advertised as 100W, but it's tested at 84)
The other is rated at 50WRMS/channel at 4ohms, but that is the advertised amount, assuming is slightly overratted.
I plan on getting a higher quality amp later, but i'm bewildered as to the decision of which one to run on these speakers in the mean time.
Slightly higher or slightly less power?
Any advice?
Cheers

ps, they will be fed by a Pioneer PREMIER DEH-P860MP
