Quick Kicker L5 Question

Would this (http://sonicelectronix.com/item_3864.html) single 10" Kicker L5 be better than say something like 2 Audiobahn 12" (http://sonicelectronix.com/item_5705.html)? I am looking for hard hitting and good all around bass for rap in my 03 Chevy Malibu.

The L5 will get pretty loud and give me good bass for rap music, right? This is my first system by the way.
