Quick help wiring harnesses

So I have my Alpine HU harness and a bestbuy harness for my car. A few oddball things I wanted to confirm

Alpine harness has 1 yellow wire, car has 2.

Do I splice all 3 together? or just 1 of the 2 from the car harness?

Same for the ground. I was thinking grounding the Alpine to chassis and then splice both grounds from car harness onto that so all 3 are together and grounded to chassis (as opposed to just the car ground wiring)

Lastly, both car and alpine harnesses have a remote turn on wire. Do I need to wire the car harness to the Alpine for the remote at all? I would think just my 1 remote wire that will go to the amp. Not even sure why the car harness would have a remote turn on wire. Unless it needs it for some reason

Hopefully this will have the information you need. Two yellow wires does not sound correct, find out what their correspoinding vehicle wires are and check it to the website provided above.

2004. So youre saying the harness is bad? Its for 2002 and up Chrysler/Dodge

Has 2 yellows (battery lead) and 2 black (ground)

just put them all together, its not gonna hurt anything...

if u have a dmm, check to see what they read with the car on and off, just to double check
