do you guys think that 11 cubes before any displacements, would be big enough for 8 american bas xd series 12s, and how would i get the tunin of a box that size to 38-40 hz

Absolutely not unless you're going for pure SPL and don't want any low end/music to be played on it.

The tuning we can't tell you without knowing how much displacement is going to be lost due to panel placement, bracing, and port area.
