Quick box build for a XXX

I'll never sell it........ ok I lied. I already want some 1508s or a bunch of e8s. I'll let you know first before it hits the market. I planned on getting a router after the holidays, but I need another drill first. Halfway through this box my baby quit on me

Looks good, not bad at all for a first try. Only discrepancies I have are with how your amp and battery are mounted, oh and nothing about the port is 'aero-ish' lol its just a round port.

Does it have to DD1508's? I have a pr of 1510's sittin here I am not using.

I've never heard a 1510, but I know I like 1508s. I really would love some Tru Bass 8s also, but I'll sell for the right price:greedy:.

Is it that bad? Its solid, and doesn't leak anywhere. I'm slack on my port area though, so thats a concern of mine.

the isnt a true double baffle you know that right?

the speaker is still mounted to 3/4in only for anything over a 12in sub i do 2layers and one on top of rthe recess you dont have to do this with a whole othe rwood layer just a peice behind the layer you mount the speaker two so say that panel is 17x34 get a peice of wood thats 16 x 16 just another to double baffle the woofer mount

Definitely appears to be a quick build, but as long as it works!

Keep an eye on the sub. I've went through 3 recones within the last year. One was my fault, but I do believe that there's something faulty with the last 'batch'.

Im just saying, looks like they are just tossed in there. I just prefer to have things secure is all.
