make sure he is a verified paypal member, so when you pay him, if he is verified, that means they have confirmed his address, and then you know where exactly he lives in case you do get ripped off. so you could go there and throw down and get your stuff. but just make sure he is verified

nope, paypal is strictly for money transfers.

you could have him pay you a little money, and you pay him back, so he knows if your verified, and he knows if you are.
