question on video

I have video of a show that I want to put on the computer and load onto photobucket. Is there anything I need to do to be able to upload it? (no I never did it before as I never needed to) Also is there a way to get pictures from the video?

edit: hm guess they do videos also

just make sure its the right format and is small enough to meet their guidelines

Does ur camera have usb or firewire cables that can attach to your computer?
