i just move and the new city has a **** noise ordinance and a million police. i hate being nervouse all the time and having to turn my system off when i see a cop. so i think im going to sell my 3 w6's and saz-1500d. im going to keep my jl 450/4 and comps, and im gonna buy a 12w3 or 15w3. the amp has 2 channels that can be bridged to 300. so it will work good. but do you think this is a good i dea

3 w6's is definitely enough to get pulled over and get your car searched around here.

you could go to a single w6 or even a w3. 3 W6's is just going to make you deaf anyways.

Ummm...How about you just don't go blasting your stereo full throttle all the time? Both towns near me have noise ordinances. After I got my first ticket I rarely turn it up in town at all..And I have had a substage upgrade since then..Even louder now..

Only time I turn it up is to show someone off, or when I am on the highway.
