Question on trade

I have a 15" L7 currently powered by a Rockford t1500bdcp. Someone offered my 2 x Alpine SWR-12d4's for a straight trade on my l7. Are these subs any good, is it worth the trade and would the 2 aplines sound better and get louder / hit harder than 1 15" l7?

yes in the right box 2 type r.s would kill a L7..make sure they are in good working order

@NASTY08IMPALA; the max room i can go on a box is 4.25 cubes. Would that be sufficient for 2 of those subs on a rockford t1500bdcp amp?

yes thats plenty room id say sonewhere around 4 cubes would be good for them.. get. a custom ported box dont buy a pefab box and u will be happy

Type r's for sure make sure you get a proper box built tho

Yea i had my box designed here on my L7, i dunno if its my settings or what, but i did my gains on my amp with a multimeter and im really not too impressed with how the l7 hits or anything, it gets loud no doubt and can take my radio at 75% for extended time no issues, just doesnt get low or hard //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

well L7s **** for one lol ...get the new box tuned around 32 should dig pretty low
