So I'm gonna be buying a Kenwood dmx1037s soon, and I was wondering if you have to put the sub level all the way up to get full voltage at the preout like you do with pioneer?

Ok great, stepping into a new brand. I'm done with pioneer, they've gone to ****. My avh-w4500nex has ****** balls.Pretty positive mine was at 0 with full voltage according to my O-Scope on my DMX706S
Full volume - Flat EQ - Speakers centered - No Delay - No enhancements of any kind - 0db @ 40hz - 0db @ 1kHz - 0db @ 4kHz
