ok so i found this amp for sale on craigs

and the guy said it is new it was sold once before an the guy returned the mans money cause the buyer said it didnt work

he says it powers up and everything just no sound

sound like bad output?

anyways the question is i offered him 100 to take it off his hands

is it worth it?
