Question on Battery or Cap?

When i get my system installed, i am worried about my lights dimming. So i was wondering if it would be better to replace my stock battery with a yellow top or keep the stock battery intact and get a capacitor? Can you also please explain which would be a better choice?

a larger battery with the Big 3 done would be leaps and bounds better than a capacitor (which is worthless IMO)

Don't even bother with the cap. Upgrade the battery and Big 3, and if that's not enough, look into investing in a better alt.

big 3 with the yellowtop is good. with a 100 amp alt you wont see lower than 13.4v drop with a 2500 watt amp

The only cap that is decent is a batcap, the are called caps, but work more like batteries with faster discharge rate

A Cap is nothing more than a BAND-AID, to fix a problem. Big 3, Yellow Top, then if still having problems Alt w/ dual batteries. This shouldn't be a problem if your not pulling that match current.
