Worst case is they shoot off a cease and desist letter from a leach lawyer, he gets all scared and says he'll never do it again. All's well, ends well.

Not sure of the name of the charge but it has to do with ruining someone's reputation.
Celeb's sue for that kind of stuff.

Slander and libel are the terms. Celebs sue for monetary compensation on the grounds that their proffesion is based on their image to the public, so things of this nature would be derrogitory to said intellectual property and could interfere with their work.

Nothing legal could be done to the boy, and most likely she would not get any money out of the deal. Have im apologize and take it down and it would most likely be over...

You should egg her parents on to moving forward with some kind of hopeless lawsuit. They will eventually learn it isn't worth the time or money spent.
