my boy took a picture of my ex. it was her mug shot off the internet

and made a funny pic out of it.

he put her pictrure like you would see in the news: and it say arrested for ************

he basically photoshopped her into this exact thing and changed wordsup

its been up and she didnt care..now shes crying for some reason and her parents want to press charges against my boy.....

Can they? if so what would he be charged for
