Question for the masses

In The fast and the furious the rx7(vin diesels car) has alpine type R subs but what is that cool looking thing in between the subs i want one. does anybody know what it is and where i can buy one?????????

I'm feeling nitpicky so I'm gonna point out that the subs were Alpine Type S's not Type R's.

I think that was just a regular LCD display with an some type of RTA hooked up to it.

i was hoping that the display would be something that you would just run rca cable into that would be cool

as far as i can tell its alpine cant tell much else

Im going to do pretty much this setup. Im trying to get a pair of 2005 type Rs. My head unit is a

cda 7897.

I just need to get componts and a cap.

oh yah my amp

which i still might up grade to an alpine

what do you expect it only showed these shots for 1 second each. So a total of 3 seconds you saw this in the movie. They spent alot of money for 3 seconds
