question about wiring

Ok i have 2 12inch jvc warren g subs wich are dvc each coil is rated at 4 ohms and 2 400rms kenwood amps @ 4 ohms. What would be the best way to wire this setup? Just use one amp so i can run at 4 ohms or run both at 8 ohms each? The amps are kenwood kac-7201's by the way.

So i gues you cant hook up one dvc 4ohms each to make a 4 ohm load.

Either 2 or 8 ohms, in that case.

Kenwood KAC-7201

150watts RMS x2 @4ohms

230watts RMS x2 @2ohms

300watts RMS x1 @8ohms

460watts RMS x1 @4ohms

Wire each subwoofers two coils in series so each sub will present an 8ohm load to each amp, now each sub will have 300 watts rms to work with.
