15" L7 amp

Is 550wrms enough to make an 2004/2005 15" L7 really move? I found a great deal on that sub, but can only power it with that amp for awhile. I'd plan on making a 3.5-4.5cu ft ported box for it. t h a n k s

isnt that sub a 1000 rms rated? it could moved very little not too much bumpy

yes it's rated 1000wrms, however one of my friends runs 250wrms to each of his 15" 05' cvr's(rated 500wrms/each) in a ported tuned to 27hz, it's loud, quite loud, not sure how loud though, but extremely loud.

my boy has 1000 rms running 2 15s so 500 each sub and it pounds hard so 550 would be better i assume
