everything you have listed looks good but i would run atleast 2 more runs of 1/0. 2 runs for + & 2 runs for -. the body is not a real good ground on some vehicles.

I think youll be fine with what you got, just dont play daily at full tilt and you shouldnt have an issue

All 16v version means is they function from 9 volts to 16 volts. So yes.

No, 16v is for street but is also a killer spl amp and the 12 volt is more or less for burps. The 12v was made for spl competition using limited battery power. So about 97% of 7kds are 16v versions.

Run ours daily at 1ohm and sounds great. With any big amp you need proper electrical to be run daily well. Is it the cleanest big power amp available, no. But it's big bang for the money and to get better sounding and similar power you'll either need to spend twice as much on a crown, warhorse. Or spend about the same but have to get two 2500w amps.
