Question About Sound Deadener...

I'm getting ready to install my Diamond M3 components in my front-doors. If I use some sound deadener (matte or spray) on the inside of the door behind the midrange, would it help with the sound? Any other suggestions would be great!

yes it would. they also make products that are circular pads to mount right behind the speaker to break up any back wave. when deadening a door you wanna make sure all holes are covered.
