Ok, so this is nothing serious but it is getting rather annoying.

I have lived in my apartment for a little over 2 years now and I'm seriously getting sick of my new neighbors.

It's not that they are loud, but they call down constantly to the front desk to complain about me. My system can be on a very casual listening volume at 8PM on a Friday night and they will still call...

I am not sure what I need to do. I am moving next year but I don't have the system I have so it can sit silent till I move... Not sure if I should go talk to them or what....

Any ideas?

After the front desk people come up and ask me to turn it down (which I always do, not sure how the neighbors can hear it because if I go into my bathroom I can't hear it) I usually turn Bolt Thrower on and turn my sub to face their room. (Give them something to actually complain about I guess)...

Odd thing is I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE!

****, new people need to learn the ropes I guess....

Oh, added information, I'm not being rude with my music selection or playing times. Also, if I lived in a "regular" apartment I would understand, but I live in a college apartment where everyone who lives here is either sophomores or juniors. It is more common to hear loud people from down the hall walking up and down the hallway talking and yelling than it is for me to "blast" my system....

I am getting very angry.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif

invite them over for dinner and explain your side to them....if that doesn't work, call me.......i have ways of persuading them.
They are decent looking chicks.... I think they think I am a weirdo (which isn't far off) because you can catch me listening to classical/violin/piano rather often which for UPITY COLLEGE BIOTCHES is a weird type of music to listen to. Also, I have a habit of saying "wait, is that like anal?" and I was walking out of my room talking to one of my friends (ngsm13 actually) and I said it rather loud as they walked past, gave me a really odd look....

I might try that actually..... The just being polite and asking them over for dinner to talk about it or something like that.

Who KNOWS.....

I lived in an apt back in the early 90s. Next door was a young couple with a toddler. The guy was ok. He worked 8 hours a day M-Sat. He worked day shift and was home around 5. His woman on the other hand didn't work and just sat on her fucking *** all day. I was working all different shifts and regardless of what time of day it was I could never play my system without the whore calling the landlords. If she worked I would have only played it when she was gone assuming that is when HE was gone too. But when she never left it was impossible. I went a year of not being able to listen to my system's potential and 4 eviction warnings.

UPITY COLLEGE BIOTCHES
Random ideas.

1. Sound proofing - not practical if yer moving next year.

2. Kick back, relax, take a year off from audio.

3. Drill a hole in the wall and install a camera to check out the biotches in the shower.
1. not practical as you said.

2. NO EFFING WAY!!!

3. NOW THERE IS AN IDEA!!!!

I want to move into that apartment... haha....

In this situation, there is only one option: **** them (literally), and play it louder. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
