Question About my system.

System in sig.

Right now i dont have the sub installed as of yet.

125 x 2 for the Comp set.

Im going to make a comparison to my computer speakers to my sytem in my car.

when i turn my computer speakers all the way up and my sub all the way up... computer system gets pretty loud for what it is. when i turn the sub down with the speakers still turn all the way up.. its hardly loud.

does this same concept apply to cars?

I dont think my comp set is loud enough.... i mean.. its more that i can bare... but with the windows down and turn all the way up... it isnt that loud. (not that i need it to be heard outside, just trying to prove a point )

will the sub make a huge difference?

of course. The sub will make a huge difference. Mid range and tweeters are more of a focused projection of sound (I'm sure someone will post a much more specific name) as where the subwoofer projects sound in pretty much all directions. I think it has alot to do with why you can put a subwoofer in many locations and still get low end sound and you have to position your tweeters exactly to get the image and sound desired (same goes with your midrange and real fill)

Maybe this helps a little. Either way, who cares how loud it is outside. If it sounds great to you is what matters. Hearing it outside will get you two things usually.....a ticket or stolen eq.
