question about my 15''s

i have a pair of 2 15'' memphis power refrance the rms is 250 and the peak watts is 450.i have the rockford fosgate 451s amp.i am sorry the subs are both dual voice coils.the amp ratings is 450x1 briged rms power and rms power at 4 ohms,rms power at 2 ohms at 225. if i got a bigger wattage amp would i notice a diffrence.could some one recomend a good amp for me.also i got a audifonics 1.5 digital fard cap hooked up two.
