Depends on the speaker. Some won't be at risk, others might. I don't normally open my windows in the rain or snow so I have no experience to draw on though.

depends on how long you expose them to it etc. when it rains i dont keep my door open too long .

I try to get in and out as quickly as possible. I did have my tweeters on the window sales of my other car and sometimes some moisture got to them, no problems though.
