Question about box design

I'm new to car audio, I've been reading over alot of help threads here about box construction. I have this box design that i want to put into a Ford F-150 extended cab. This box will replace my center console so space is limited. After calculating i came up with 1.25^3 after all the bracing, port, and sub. i plan on putting RE SE10 with 600 watts to it. And the box to be tuned to 32 Hz (as stated on RE website for SQL box). The port is 1.5"x7.00"x19.375". Please see if this design will be good and what would be changed.

Id go with a little more airspace and a little more sq in of port area. Maybe around 1.5 cubes and 20 sq in port.

What will the small sq in port do, because I can only go up to about 14.25 sq.in 1.5"x9.5" and I can only have 11 in at the top (external). Would the small port have more port noise?
