Im starting to regret joining this forum as no one ever anwsers any questions. Nor does it seem like you know what you are talking about. Audiobahn are not shit. yes they may be a little over rated but there flame q series of subs are **** good. Yes alpine type rs are good also. to be honest which one to get is more a question of power. The r's require half has much power as the flame q's. yes audiobahn is power hungry but they do pund and have pretty good sound quality. and for everyone here dissing them 80 percent of your sound quality is not from the sub it is from the amp.

As far as volfenhags go, They can not touch audibahn or alpin 1 vs 1. But the fact is volfenhags are dirt cheap you can get 4 of them for the price of 1 audiobahn or alpine r or atleast close to it.

Bull ! What kind of mic was it. I find it hard to believe that those 2 12s hit that in a car like that. Seats dont come down, just like my car, and with 1 kw. Lets be real now.

i have yet to hear an audiobahn setup that has any sq in comparison to a XXX or a mag hard standars to compare to but still, there nto even close. but yeha they do get loud

Im not saying they are the best subs in the world but i am saying they are far from the worst. And are pretty sweet subs when you power them correctly

They look nice, but as far as durability goes its ify. Audio bahn spends to much time on their looks, but I havent had much experience with them, so I cant comment much on performance, but the ones ive heard werent nice. Ill play it far though, and say it could have been an installation error. I have heard that the old immortals were good. The original black ones.

i have 2 audiobahn AWC12T (1000 watts peak, 500RMS each) and they bang..i rarely need to take the subwoofer volume on my alpine headunit above 6/15 to set off car alarms..theyre pretty inexpensive but are reliable and get the job done

i would agree there are far worst and far better subs then audiobahns but iam willing to bet that most of you on this forum have never heared a audiobahn setup you just going on what you read on this forum bottom line your system all depends on your install ive been to car audio shows nationwide and ive seen winners with many differnt caraudio brands so if person likes audiobahn oh well and if another likes kicker whos to say whats better if you havent heard it
