question about an install and pricing?

best bet is to look around on the forum to find people in your area and ask them to help on your install.
yea i could try that to. i like doing my own stuff to, its not like i dont wanna know anything about my setup and just tell people, oh, its 2 15s and an amp lol, i wanna know more then that poopoos!

You can't watch at most shops. Insurance reasons, liability reasons etc.

Also you're only getting warranty on their work, not on your equipment. Because you bought it somewhere else, if something goes wrong or one of the amps is bad or even if they blow it out, they will claim the product was defective and you will be S.O.L. So their install warranty means NOTHING.

try asking someone on here to help. If you lived anywhere near Louisville I would help you myself.
lol i could pay you however you wanted me to lol jk. but i would supply the beer for you. and my 100 proof for me. then we could go cruise and go to jail or something tight like that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

fo sho bro i got a ho and need some mo, i got no doe so thats a no, but got a dead crow in the road that i mowed and someone saw and they would have told if i didnt pay them with chode. lol? me rapping=win

allot of times, if you did not buy the equipment off them the install price will be inflated. unless you want to go to like best buy where they got all the standard prices for a deck, amps, speakers, etc.
^this

shops don't want to install your stuff. Whether they make money on their own equipment or not, you don't want to be responsible for someone else's product, so of course you charge more. 800's pretty steep, but that's your choice bro. I would do it myself or pay the 200

are they building a box?is wiring including in the price?

will an amp rack be built?
no

no

and not by them. only thing they would be doing is wiring thats it dude. they must think im stupid. well guess what fuhk them, id rather deepthroat a banana then do that shiit

800 is very steep, thats why im just gonna learn what i can and go on with it and hopefully ill give my equipment the installation it deserves and not fudge anything up
