Question about an ebay transaction

Ok I sold an item on ebay about 2 weeks ago and the listing had a flat rate shipping cost of $25. I set it to this amount so that it would cover shipping to the entire country. Well a guy buys it and when I ship it, the cost to ship to his location was $15. I hadn't heard from the guy so I emailed him to see what was up and he said everything looked good except he wanted the $10 different in shipping back. The post office puts the shipping cost on the boxes so he saw how much it cost me. How should I handle this? Risk getting neg. feedback and tell the guy no? or give him the money? I haven't been in this situation before so I am looking for suggestions.

Ya know, it would be cool of you to return the extra cash if you can spare it, but you're definitely not required to do so. It's not like you're the first guy to make a few bucks on ebay due to inflating shipping. Hell, I've seen people charge $6 to ship a single comic book...
