I set it to this amount so that it would cover shipping to the entire country. Well a guy buys it and when I ship it, the cost to ship to his location was $15. I hadn't heard from the guy so I emailed him to see what was up and he said everything looked good except he wanted the $10 different in shipping back. The post office puts the shipping cost on the boxes so he saw how much it cost me. How should I handle this? Risk getting neg. feedback and tell the guy no? or give him the money? I haven't been in this situation before so I am looking for suggestions.</p></blockquote><p></p>
