I have 2 Viper 1200's and my hu is a 5v preout Eclipse CD5435. Now when i am taking the AC voltage with the loud option on the AC voltage varys from 65-70v playing music. However whenever i turn to loud option off the AC voltage coming from my amps gets cut in half, it stays between 35-40v. Does this mean that i am only getting half of the power with my loud turned off? Can someone please explain this to me because i have the 2 amps strapped and they are supposed to be reading 69.3v, since it is 2400RMS @ 2 ohm load, and with the loud on they read that with no problem however with it off i have never seen that much out of my amps.
