Question about Alpine X's

My friend has a set of alpine type X's. It has the things you plug into it that change it from series to parallel. There is 3 places to plug the fuse looking things into. Middle one is series and the 2 on either side is parallel. The question is does it need one of them fuse things in both parallel slots or just one? Also He only has 2 of the fuse like things. So if it needs one in each parallel slot what else could we use for it?

Edit: I found that i need one in both parallel slots. So what else could i use since he only has 2 jumpers

no one knows what i can use instead of the jumpers that come with the sub?

there are little allen srews for each VC. i just used a small piece of wire. i didnt even use those jumpers. do it like a regular dvc sub.

yea i guess that would work too. But there is already a little piece of wire going from each other right now. are they spose to be there or has someone already done what your talking about?

take any wire that is there off. then jump the vc's together with a wire. or if it's right already, leave it.
